Warren Baker (Seattle University JD 2004, UW LLM (tax) 2005) is an attorney at Amicus Law Group, where he focuses on estate planning and trusts, business transactions, and self-directed IRA tax consulting. He previously co-founded and operated the law firm of Baker & Carr, which merged with Amicus Law Group in 2010.
Angela Carr Baker (Seattle University JD 2004, UW LLM (tax) 2005) is an attorney at Amicus Law Group, where she advises privately held companies (including non-profits) in general corporate matters and is also a member of the estate planning group. She previously co-founded and operated the law firm of Baker & Carr, which merged with Amicus Law Group in 2010.
Stephanie Boehl (Seattle University JD 2007, UW LLM (tax) 2008) is an associate in the state and local tax department of Perkins Coie.
Matt Fox (Seattle University JD 2009) is a tax consultant in the Multistate Group at Deloitte Tax.
Jordan Klein (Seattle University JD 2008, NYU LLM (tax) 2009) is of counsel at Monahan & Biagi where he advises on international tax, tax planning and estate planning.
Jeff Liang (Seattle University JD 2007, NYU LLM (tax) 2008) is in solo practice in the International District, focusing on tax and business law planning for small businesses. He was formerly an associate with Lane Powell’s tax practice group
Nick Nilan (Seattle University JD 2009) is an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.
John Quirk (Seattle University JD 2005, NYU LLM (tax) 2006) is counsel in the legal department of the Group Health Cooperative. He was formerly an attorney in Amazon’s tax department, specializing in international tax matters and mergers and acquisitions, and before that, a tax associate in Portland office of Miller Nash.
Jay Riffkin (Seattle University JD 2009, Florida LLM (tax) 2010) is an associate in the Tax, Trusts, and Estates Group at Dorsey & Whitney.
Jessica Yu (Seattle University JD 2008, UW LLM (tax) 2009) is an associate Wong Fleming, where she focuses on bankruptcy, commercial law, and tax, including a growing federal tax controversy practice.
