Upcoming DOJ Webinars for Law Students

Law students are invited to the US Department of Justice's “Wednesday Webinar” on November 4 at 9 am. highlighting some of DOJ’s non-litigating components. The webinar will include representatives from the Office of Information Policy, Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties, Office of the Pardon Attorney, and others.  Law students interested in learning more about the work of these offices will hear from panelists about student opportunities and application process and tips. 

Students are also invited to a second webinar event introducing DOJ’s Volunteer Legal Internship Program. Students will learn about summer and academic-year vacancies and the application process, along with a chance for Q&A. There will be two chances to attend this webinar, either Tuesday, November 10, at 9 am or Thursday, November 12, at noon.

B4 OCI: Get the Real Story

2Ls, you're invited to a panel discussion with Perkins Coie attorneys that will provide concrete, specific advice for the coming winter on-campus interviewing (OCI) season. 

This panel of partners and recruiting professionals will share their tips and suggestions with a particular focus on preparing for interviews – both OCI and callback interviews – and then navigating those interviews and the post-interview process. 

This event is for 2L law students participating in interviews in late 2020 or early 2021.
