If you are committed to or exploring the possibility of a career in public interest or with the federal government, consider attending the upcoming Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair the weekend of October 26-27 in Arlington, VA! More than 125 public interest employers from across the country will be participating.
CPD and ATJI will be offering stipends of $150 to support a limited number of students’ attendance at the Conference and Career Fair. In addition to the stipend, we will reimburse you for the $25 registration fee.

If you are interested in attending, please note the following important information and dates:
- EJW Registration is currently open. Registration closes for students applying for interviews on Thursday, September 13. If you only want to attend the conference and/or Table Talk, registration remains open until Thursday, October 11.
- Participating employers can be viewed here.
- Applications summer and post-grad positions go live for employers on Thursday, September 13. Given the competitive nature of this process, we STRONGLY encourage you to work with Stacey Lara on your application materials.
- Employers notify students by Thursday, October 4 whether they have been selected for an interview.
- Applications for the SU stipend must be emailed to Stacey Lara by NOON on Monday, October 1. Please submit a one page statement of interest detailing your interest in attending the Fair. Please note if you have interviews at the Fair, and with whom - preference will be given to students that have interviews.
- Students will be notified if they have been selected to receive the stipend on Tuesday, October 2.
- Students accept or decline interviews - September 20 - October 11
- Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair - October 26-27
