Program Details
This program will discuss the importance of managing client dollars and
expectations before and during mediation, with tips for valuing your case and
timing the mediation session.
Michele Sales
A full-time mediator and arbitrator through WAMS, Ms. Sales has a
primary mediation practice focus on employment-based disputes and serious
personal injury claims. She in an experienced litigator in Superior and Federal
courts, having tried liability and personal injury cases lasting four weeks or
more. She has served as an instructor for mediation, negotiation and trial
skills seminars sponsored by Washington State Association of Justice,
Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, the Defense Research Institute and the
National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Happy Hour
Even if you can’t make the CLE make sure to stop by the WAMS
office for this month’s free happy hour, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
This is a great chance to network and enjoy free drinks and appetizers with
your peers. Please let me know if you are planning on attending this happy hour
