Panelists include: Judy Jennison, an
IP Litigation Partner with Perkins Coie with more than 20 years of experience
litigating for and counseling clients on intellectual property and unfair
competition issues; Tessa Gorman, the Chief of the Criminal Division for the
U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington; Nichole Abbotts, an SU-alum and
commercial attorney at Microsoft who provides legal support for Microsoft’s
Worldwide Sales Group; and SU-alum Leslie Boyd, who
practiced commercial litigation and bankruptcy at Cairncross & Hempelmann, then went in house
to Intellectual Ventures, where she focused on patent acquisitions, divestures,
and licensing, and currently works at Microsoft, supporting its commercial
hosting and cloud licensing programs.
These
