This year's in-person Annual Heartland Diversity Job Fair (HDLJF) will be help August 12, 2022 – August 13, 2022, here at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association headquarters.
Below is a quick overview of events, how
to register, and information on accommodations. You can also review the brochures.

Please note that there is no fee for students to register.
- Early bird registration
deadline is May 31, 2022.
- Registration forms are
available in PDF format. Should you be aware of students who might need
support accessing online registration, I am happy to help support them
through the process.
- Student registration deadline is June 28, 2022.
Friday,
August 12, 2022 -- We will kick off the event with registration, a
diversity panel discussion featuring some of Kansas City’s finest diverse legal
professionals, and a welcome reception at KCMBA Headquarters. Registration will
continue on Saturday.

Saturday,
August 13, 2022 -- The interview process will be conducted on a 50/50
scale. Employers will pre-select half of the students whom they wish to
interview. The remaining half of the interview schedule will be filled
based on lottery. All interviews will be conducted at KMBA.

8:30 – 12:00 pm | Employer Interviews
12:00 – 1:30 pm | Keynote Luncheon
1:40 – 4:30 pm | Employer Interviews
Accommodations
HDLJF will have a limited number of
hotel rooms at an area hotel reserved for students who reside more than 50
miles from Kansas City. Rooms will be $50, and are available on a first
come, first served basis. If students are interested in reserving a room,
