the Murphy Apartments, primarily in single studio units. These spaces will be
allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Here are some details about

Residence Hall Singles: In addition to the Murphy Apartments, we have limited single rooms available in the residence halls (Bellarmine, Campion, and Xavier). These rooms, which are located in our three traditional residential communities, are on higher floors with great views and will also be offered on a space-available basis. For those interested in an apartment, accepting a single room in a residence hall will ensure you have a place to live while remaining on the waitlist for the Murphy Apartments. How to Apply for On-Campus
Housing: If you are interested in living
in the Murphy Apartments or a single residence hall room, please follow these
steps to apply for housing:
Space on-campus is limited, so we recommend reaching out soon to secure your space. Winter Break Housing: Please note that winter break is not included in the semester housing charge. Students can stay in residence over winter break (December 16 – January 3) for an additional $300 fee. Students who are not staying for winter break are welcome to leave their belongings in their rooms until they return for Spring Semester. Vi Hilbert Hall Apartments
