Jury Selection and Voir Dire Skills
Judges say that one of the most important skills a lawyer can cultivate is the ability to conduct an effective voir dire. In this ground-breaking two-day “learning by doing” program, Judge Matthew Williams, with Professor John Sonsteng of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Judge Christina M. Habas (ret.) of the Denver District Court, and special guest Justice Mary Yu will demonstrate what you need to know concerning jury selection practice.
You will have the opportunity of supportively practicing voir dire with judges helping you, using non-judgmental, constructive guidance and feedback.
