Sometimes the deep end is exactly where you need to be, so don't be afraid to jump in. "You don't know what you don't know" – be flexible, be bold, be open. 

For this last Job Talk Tuesday of the season, CPD's own Erin Fullner focuses on flexibility, providing a reminder that your first job is about growth, and the best opportunities for growth sometimes show up in unexpected places. 

You never know what each opportunity could bring, so it doesn't make sense to rule out possibilities before you've earnestly explored them, especially early in your career. Talk to Erin or one of the other advisors in the Center for Professional Development for guidance and encouragement.
