The King County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and Seattle University School of Law’s Center for Professional Development are pleased to offer a workshop and panel discussion focusing on ways social media can benefit today’s law student and lawyer. The event will be held at Seattle University School of Law on February 8, 2012 from 4 to 7 p.m. Matt Youngquist, expert career coach and President of Career Horizons, will lead a one-hour LinkedIn.com workshop about how to use the site to advance a career search or legal practice. Following the workshop, a panel of local attorneys and entrepreneurs will discuss strategic ways to use social media in the legal profession and the impact of social media on the legal community.
