Mediated Negotiations will be hosting a mediation training program with Tony Piazza in San Francisco on Saturday, April 15, 2017, beginning at 9:30 am.
This one-day training program is open to Seattle U students and will provide the opportunity for individuals to learn what a real mediation process looks like in the context of complex commercial litigation.
Students will engage in an intensive one day experiential training in negotiation and mediation. Participants are provided with the opportunity to apply, analyze, and evaluate in a supervised setting the results of applying mediation processes to actual cases that have been mediated.
Participants will develop and refine mediation techniques and skills through participation and observation of exercises and case studies and can witness first-hand how to transform the process from dialectic to dialogue.
