The Moot Court Board is Excited to Announce the 2016 Fall In-House Appellate Competition

The Moot Court Board invites you to sign up to compete in the 2016 In-House Fall Appellate Competition, which is open to all 2Ls and 3Ls and will be held on Friday, October 28th and Saturday, October 29th.

The Appellate Competition is perfect for 2Ls and 3Ls looking to develop their brief writing and oral advocacy skills. Completion of Legal Writing II is not required in order to compete in the competition. Winners will have the opportunity to compete at the regional level and gain priceless experience.

To sign up and receive more specific information and deadlines, go to TWEN, add "Moot Court Sign Up Page" and then click on "Sign Up Sheets." Two-person teams are required. To download the problem, go to the same page and click on "Competition Problems." The deadline to sign up is October 10th.

• Preliminary Rounds – Friday, October 28th at 5:00 and 7:00 pm
• Semi-Final Round – Saturday, October 29th at 10:00 am
• Final Round – Saturday, October 29th at 12:00 pm (noon)
